Covid-19 Health and Safety Protocols
In order to accommodate as many listeners as possible, we will repeat most of the concerts, once in the afternoon and once in the evening. Each performance will be 1 hour in length with no intermission, to allow for cleaning of the auditorium between concerts.
Socially distanced seating arrangements
All programs will take place at the WWU PAC. All seats will be unreserved to allow for proper spacing of groups. Specially trained WWU personnel will direct patrons to seats. Patrons should plan to arrive with friends so they can be seated together in small clusters (not exceeding 10 people). Covid restrictions require a 20-foot distance between audience members and the orchestra. Patrons, therefore, are requested not to mingle with the players onstage.
Patrons will be required to wear masks at all times indoors. If you forget yours, they will be available at the door.
Social distancing will be observed in lines outside the restroom.
Patrons who have purchased a ticket but who experience symptoms of illness prior to a concert should stay home. They will receive a full refund for the cost of their ticket. They should call the Festival office at 360-201-6621 prior to the start of the concert they will miss and leave their contact information in order to process the refund.
These will be available online this season. They will not be presented live in the concert hall.
Complementary parking will be available in Lot 9G. Reserved parking for concert sponsors will available in Lot 11G.
